I wanted to say that out of all of the inquiries that I put in for vehicles, Erik Rushing you were the most put together salesman within 250 miles of my home address! I appreciate all of your time explaining the vehicle, process and even taking videos to show me from a remote setting. I wish you nothing but the best in the future and I hope everyone else that works with you provides that level of customer service (it was really the deal maker).

I got a call from the dealership asking if I wanted to bring my Mazda 3 in to address an outstanding recall. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next week. When I pulled up to the service center they promptly checked me in and called me a few hours later saying the work was done and also mentioned some other issues they noticed. When I picked up the car they gave me a detailed checklist that outlined what had been done and the other items they recommend getting addressed. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

We went to Ourisman all the way from Pittsburgh, PA because we saw the exact car we wanted listed on the website. We called first thing on Black Friday and talked to Ryan. Ryan was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us everything there was to know about the car. Laura in Finance was very helpful and nice as well. She was very detailed in explaining everything. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Excellent service! Ourisman Mazda not only fixed all of the issues I had mentioned, but identified another that could be resolved under warranty. They are invariably professional and courteous. I have been a Mazda customer for over a decade and hope to continue to be one for the foreseeable future!

We went into the dealership and were met and greeted by Christian. Straight away we let him know that we were in the DC area for vacation and that we were not going to be purchasing our car there. We just wanted to do some research before making a purchase once back on the West Coast. He couldn’t have been nicer and generous with his time and the information he provided us. When we asked to do a quick test drive on a CX-5, he was happy to let us do that. If you’re shopping at this dealership I would highly recommend looking for Christian, as he is very well informed and he’s also a very nice person to speak to in general!
